Nicolas Cage: Out of The Green Hornet

Perhaps we'll see The Green Hornet now.

According to Variety, Nicolas Cage is no longer attached to the role of the main villain in this upcoming comic book adaption.

No official word on the reason a deal fell through, but sources say the studio and the actor simply could not agree on terms; Columbia Pictures is now scrambling for a replacement.

The Green Hornet started shooting in Los Angeles this month; no scenes have been shot that contained Cage's character. Seth Rogen, Cameron Diaz and Jay Chou star in the movie, which comes out in December 2010.

Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps Release Date, Cameo News

As the cast for Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps continues to grow, 20th Century Fox has announced a release date for this sequel:

It will hit theaters on April 23, 2010.

As for the plot of the follow-up film, director Oliver Stone told The New York Times that it will once again focus on Michael Douglas' Gordon Gekko, though he's a somewhat changed man from the original movie.

"When Gekko comes out of prison in the beginning of this movie, he essentially has to redefine himself, redefine his character," Stone said. "He's looking for that second chance."

Stone also confirmed that Charlie Sheen - who played the key role of Bud Fox in Wall Street - will make a cameo in the sequel.

"We sort of started over with the story of a young man who is at the center of it, and how he needs Gordon Gekko's help to navigate those waters," said Alex Young, co-president of production at 20th Century Fox.

That young man will be played by Shia LaBeouf, whose character of Jake Moore is a young trader that's engaged to Gekko's daughter, played by Carey Mulligan.

Jamie Chung: Fighting and Singing in Sucker Punch

Jamie Chung is one of a number of beauties signed on for Zack Snyder's Sucker Punch.

In a recent interview with E! News, the actress spoke on the training she's been undergoing for the shoot, courtesy of... Navy SEALs?!?

"We have Navy SEALs doing physical training, and then we have stunt and fight choreographers from Watchman and 300," said Chung, who will play Amber in the action-packed fantasy movie. "It's going to be awesome."

But forget fighting. Chung added that she's most scared about a different aspect of the film: singing.

The actress and costars Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Emily Browning, Carla Gugino and Oscar Isaac have already begun recording tracks for the movie, which sounds like a combination of a number of genres.

"I have to say that's the most terrifying part, because I don't sing," she said. "I'm working on it, but just because I'm Korean doesn't mean I karaoke."

Big Momma's House 3: Confirmed!

The rumor is, sadly, a reality:

Big Momma’s House 3 is coming to a theater near you.

As confirmed by Variety, Fox is preparing yet another installment of the Big Momma franchise, as Randi Mayem Singer is on board to write the film's second sequel.

The movie publication states the plot for Big Momma’s House 3 is being kept silent for now... because the world is just dying to know! The original Martin Lawrence flick was released in 2000.
